- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate. I offer packages with a considerably lower rate, definitely the best way to go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Its a requirement to keep your certification current, continuing education credits. We must take workshops, test for new certifications thru AFAA and ACE.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wasn't one of the lucky ones who rebounded from my pregnancy like my friends or siblings. I had to fight myself day in and day out, in the gym and in the kitchen. There were times I wanted to quit but I had an amazing trainer who never gave up on me. My passion came out of my own struggle.
