Gessy founder of gogessy help me lose weight eat clean and build up my confidance and self esteem and my sex drive. Gessy is my 2nd trainer and by far he is the best one. His sessions are fun and effective. I love his professional persona. He is not only affordable but consistent, reliable, and attentive to his clients concerns. I wanted to gain 10 lbs of lean muscle and I was able to achieve that in 4 weeks.
