Jenna is a personable, relatable & reasonable trainer. I’m a lifetime athlete so I have a pretty good understanding of how to stay in shape but Jenna gives me that extra push that I need to challenge myself, especially when I’m feeling lazy. Jenna is understanding & considerate of your schedule, which is important to me bc of my job. I highly recommend Jenna for anyone looking for motivation, diverse workouts & insight to their diet. She’s also great bc she doesn’t make you feel guilty about a cheat day!

Jenna is the absolute BEST! She made me feel comfortable right away and was able to meet me where I was at (I had never lifted or done pretty much anything besides run before) and ease me into a great workout regimen. She helped me to develop my own personal goals and take steps to achieve them. Her background in wellness is a unique asset to her skill set as a personal trainer because she will help you to make a lifestyle change that is sustainable and works for you. Jenna is the best! I’m a total novice at working out and I would lost with out her. She plans the workout, keep track of my strengths and weaknesses, remembers what weights I can lift on which exercise, and she always correcting my form so I don’t get injured. She also really good at knowing when and how much too push me with out overdoing it.She also been so helpful in giving me advice on my diet and gave me a very long list of good healthy snacks. She has a lot of positive energy and it make me look forward to my work out instead of dreading them.
