- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with a personal trainer when I was 16 because I knew if I wanted to lift and feel better about my body, I needed to learn to do it properly to maximize my results and reduce my risk of getting injured. My goal is to educate, guide, and heal anyone who is looking to take the next step into their fitness journey. Whether your goal is improved physical &mental health, body composition, or sport performance, I’m here to help you train safely and correctly!
