In April of 2015 I contacted CIA to help with some cases. I was very impressed with Ulises. He not only returned my calls in a short time but he helped with surveillance, video taping, and photographs.. He completed my investigation within a short time and I was extremely pleased with the reports and work submitted! CIA is a top organization and I would have no problem using him again!!! I too am an Investigator and I needed a rush case completed because another vendor who I used completely botched the investigation. Needless to say I needed results and needed them fast. Great company with a great team of private investigators who are available at all times 24/7 to answer any questions. I as a client have had. Closure Investigative Agency really had my back when I suspected that my spouse was cheating. It's true to always listed to your gut feelings because after the investigation, it turned out that my spouse was indeed cheating on me. Good thing I never got married.

    I have a copy of your PI license & insurance? How long have you been licensed? How long have you been in business? Will I get a contract outlining the agreement? Will I get a "written" report at the end of the investigation regardless of your findings? Do you have experience handling this type of case? Will you offer me a Flat Rate fee to control the overall cost of the investigation.
