Great Jones has an incredibly thorough screening process, which is why we’re able to boast about a less than 1% eviction rate and incredibly low delinquency. Unfortunately, Residents that we onboard are not always screened with the same requirements, which makes the switch to Great Jones a bit of a shock when we first start holding Residents more accountable than they’re used to. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?By leveraging industry veterans from top-performing publicly traded single-family REITs and technology, our operational efficiencies allow us to offer our premium services at fair costs. Our management fees of 8-10% of rent collected are only ever applicable when you have a resident paying rent, and our standard placement fee of 75% for complete property marketing across 52+ listing sites, showings, lease signing, and free renewals comes with a Resident Guarantee, meaning we’ll replace our resident free of charge if they break the lease and we’ll cover the cost of eviction should this ever be of concern.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Each owner has unique goals, and it’s our primary objective to understand and help execute these goals on an owner-by-owner basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Great Jones is a licensed brokerage in every state in which we operate.
