Did not do a good job to collect rent at firstbut try hard to make it up after 3-month late rent

Great Jones has an incredibly thorough screening process, which is why we’re able to boast about a less than 1% eviction rate and incredibly low delinquency. Unfortunately, Residents that we onboard are not always screened with the same requirements, which makes the switch to Great Jones a bit of a shock when we first start holding Residents more accountable than they’re used to. We look forward to continuing to improve on this and work with you and your property.
