- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make getting your new roof simple and stress-free in four steps: 1. Initial Contact & Digital Assessment: You reach out to us, and we immediately review satellite imagery of your roof to understand the scope and book a no-cost, no-obligation inspection time that works for you. 2. On-Site Inspection & Estimate: A project manager will meet you to conduct a detailed roof inspection, inspect your attic, and explain any issues with your current roof. We then provide a line-by-line quote for the replacement or repair, guaranteeing the cheapest pricing for a true, certified installation. 3. Scheduling & Installation: Once you approve the quote, we finalize material orders and permit paperwork. Because we use in-house crews, we can install your new roof faster and with higher quality control. Most standard roof replacements are completed in one to two days. 4. Final Walk-Through & Warranty: We perform a final inspection and a complete yard clean-up, ensuring no debris or nails are left behind. We then present you with your final paperwork, including a copy of your best installs warranty package.
