- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Students will get a discount if they book two or more classes a week. Also, I offer packages that are: 10, 20 and 40 lessons via Skype, FaceTime or hangouts. Call or contact me for a FREE intro and assessment lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to book a FREE intro and assessment lesson. At the end of the lesson I will determine your level of Spanish, give you valuable feedback and create a study plan that would lead you to your fluency goal. Then, we will set up the right day and time for the lessons and the starting day. Finally, we will connect through Skype, FaceTime or hangouts. I will send you all the material we will use before lesson starts. Lessons are 45-50 minutes long.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in teaching high school, college students and adults who have personal and professional goals to acquire or improve their language skills. In addition I have completed education in Hispanic Communication with the Florida State University.
