- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything depends on the type of project that my client needs and wants to make. For us, it is essential to know the most necessary information for the development of preproduction, production, and postproduction to guarantee a fair price. Every project is unique and requires different equipment to the success of the film.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The real value in video production today is in pre-production - the planning piece. That’s where we determine the right message, targeted to the right audience at exactly the right time… and place. That’s the “marketing” part. Get this crucial step right, or nothing else matters. We sit down with the client to build, plan the client's vision step by step.
