Ira did a fantastic job capturing photos of our engagement including live photos during the proposal and posed photos afterwards with the couple and family members. Ira was punctual and responsive. Rob exceeded my expectations when I hired him last minute to capture my friends proposal! The hotel my friend was proposing at dropped the ball and told him the night before they would not be providing a photographer for the proposal like they originally said. Rob stepped up to the plate, responding to my urgent request for a photographer being needed in less than 24 hours. Within 10 minutes of me reaching out, he called and couldn’t have been more friendly and reassuring that the couple (my best friends) would be in good hands and he would provide them with beautiful photos of their special moment. I was confident Rob was the person for the job, but I was still anxious to see how everything went after my friend left it up to me to make the decision for their big moment! The happily engaged couple could not stop raving to me about how amazing Rob was at capturing the proposal. He took his time after the proposal to get snapshots with family and was amazing at directing them for cute couple shots! He returned the photos beautifully edited the next day (perfect for social media posting). 10/10 experience! I highly recommend Rob at Solo Mio Photography! Thanks for everything!!

He produced gorgeous photos with exceptional style and he really knew how to work the camera to capture so much detail in each photo. Everyone raved about him and loved working with him! Misha and his assistant photographer were awesome, and the photos and videos from our wedding were nothing short of spectacular. He did great coordinating with our officiant and put us at ease by giving us specific instructions on how to pose/get positioned for the photos. The drone footage in particular is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Truly outstanding. Misha is professional and experienced in working with gay couples, and we were fortunate to find him for our special day. He really went above and beyond to make our Fort Lauderdale wedding a memorable experience.

I can't say enough about Andrew and Ellen! They were definitely the best photographers I've worked with in a long time. As a wedding planner, I'm often asked by my clients to search out vendors for them. We'll let's just say that I hit the lottery when I found these two!! Not only were they punctual, but they showed up earlier than expected to catch the bridal party in action. Both Andrew and Ellen were professional, kind, funny, and just so easy to work with. I know that my clients, the bride and the groom, will love the end results that this amazing photography couple will create from the thousands of photos taken on their special night!!! First question, would I use Romina again? No I hired Romina for a special girls trip photo shoot. Unfortunately, it was the day before hurricane Ian was suppose to hit. I was in communication with Romina and thought it might be a good idea to cancel because of the weather but was told that I would lose my deposit. With that being said I assumed that she could work through the weather challenges because she was professional. The weather was bad, we rushed to get a few pictures outside before the rain came then we moved to the inside our hotel. We spent a lot of time trying to find some light. Understand the circumstances, I would assume the photographer would be prepared with additional lights because of the approaching weather and not willing to cancel it without cost to the customer. I received the proofs on time and they appeared nice. I had no complaints about the couple of pictures I received so I approved them. The problems began when I received the additional pictures. The only request that I had was I needed at least one picture with each of the girls. I received a picture with 3 of the 4 girls. Out of 100 pictures, there was not one of me and one of my friends. I know we posed for it so what happened? A lot of the pictures were over edited. In several of the pictures, they didn’t look natural. I was so disappointed but wanted to be fair. I contacted Romina to discuss and to tell her my concerns. She told me that I approved the proofs, she used the top of the line editing software and she didn’t have time to discuss it. She would look into it later when she had time. I’ve heard nothing back from her. It’s been almost 3 weeks. At the minimum, I would have respected her for at least looking for a picture with me and the one friend that wasn’t included. I know for sure that they were taken. We didn’t have the ability to reschedule because we were leaving the next day. If you choose Romania, make sure it’s perfect outdoor lighting and come prepared with your own pose ideas. Make sure you read the fine print and confirm the poses that are a must prior to booking. I could attach several photos that show the discoloration but you will get the point from the 2 attached.
