Sears Garage Door of Orlando was excellent. My garage door had hit something on its way down and knocked it off its rollers rendering it useless. Mr. Fogarty and his crew were here punctual, courteous, and most important on budget. They found a way to "fix" the problem instead of just trying to sell me a whole new door!

This was my first encounter with Sears Garage Repair & while Keith is pleasant on the phone, I have NEVER had a technician arrive to my Home!! 8/31/14 was the 1st time I was sheduled with a confirmation/Service Order #- I waited ALL DAY & called several times to find out the status & NO RESPONSE what so ever !! Today I am in the SAME Dilemma !! it's after 3pm & am scheduled between 1-5 pm - NO Return CALLS= Very Poor Service & No professionalism or integrity what so ever!! what has happened to the "Dependable" Sears that I grew up with ?!

Debbie, thank you for your review as we always welcome them, poor to excellent as they are an important part of improving our business. We spoke on the phone at length about your repair and the issues you speak of in your review and you agreed you were unfair and were going to remove the post or at least make a clarification of which you have done neither. When you posted this, you correctly stated that we were to arrive on the scheduled day of service between 1pm and 5pm yet it was only 3pm when you posted!! You were advised that you'd be contacted 30 minutes prior to our arrival. You also forgot to mention that we saved you the cost of purchasing a new garage door opener by advising you to go through your home warranty company. Once again, thanks for your review. Keith was very prompt in returning my calls for an estimate. Danny, the technician did an excellent job at installing our garage opener. I'd definite recommend Sears Garage Doors and would use them again.

My power garage door doesn't work, and I thought that the spring was broken, and initial estimate is $189. When Sears Garage came, they found that the spring is Ok, and fixed the issue and tune-up, balanced the door. It only costed my $61 instead. They are on-time, professional and honest. I will definitely hire them again next time
