Easy to communicate with and was very flexible the day of the event when there were last minute changes to set up time. Balloon garland came out very nice.

Eric and Aaron were AWESOME! My dad and step mom had a micro wedding at the beach, and I hired E and A Catering for the rehearsal and wedding reception dinners. So many things went sideways in general with the wedding (weather, location accessibility, etc.) yet anything that affected their involvement they handled so gracefully and it all worked out beautifully overall. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared! The first night we kept the menu simple and had hot dogs, hamburger sliders, fruit and veggie salads, and tater tots. For the reception the next day they made lobster tails, with melted butter, sirloin steaks, a Maggiano’s inspired salad, grilled corn, and a bunch of other side fixings. Everything tasted great and, even having seconds and thirds, we ended up having so much left over that our family happily enjoyed leftovers for the next couple of days. Eric was even nice enough to add an extra side added for the wedding reception menu based off of a comment my brother made the night before, and he didn’t even charge us for it. He was so generous! They were very friendly, professional, intentional, punctual, and the value of their service was definitely worth their price. If you hire E and A Catering for your event, you can expect to be taken care of! They’ll practically feel like family before your event is through. They did to us! We fully intend to hire them for other events and family functions moving forward!
