Finding Prime Home Specialist on Thumtack has been a wonderful blessing!!! First, I contacted 5 contractors for window repair and installation. Prime Home Specialists were the first to respond within minutes. They came the next day to provide an estimate and gave a follow up date they could do the repairs and installation. They came exactly as they said and showed up an hour earlier to get the project done as soon as possible. They are communicative, responsive, pleasant and mostly keep their word and did everything exactly as they said they would. No hidden fees, no over pricing, straight up honest reliable and pleasant to work with. They are now doing other projects in our home. They do more than windows 😏!
