FC Home & Office Cleaning was amazing! I booked a standard cleaning while I was still unpacking from a move, and they worked so seamlessly around the boxes and chaos without missing a beat. They were incredibly thorough and left everything spotless, fresh, and beautifully clean. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism.

I can’t say enough good things about this team. I’d been traveling for a long time and came home to an apartment that really needed some love—and they completely transformed it. Everything felt fresh, spotless, and honestly brand new. You can truly tell they take a lot of pride in their work and pay attention to the details that matter. Flavia comes with a team of 2 more - her husband and adult son who help her in EVERY way - but in the “deep cleaning” (our first experience with F C Hone and Office Cleaning), they moved the heavy furniture and she cleaned under everything and mopped! Their son was on his hands and knees scrubbing my “hard-to-clean Saltillo tile” until they shined! My granite shined like new as did my stainless steel appliances! They did not stop for 5.5 hours - 3 people - cleaning from top to bottom (fans, baseboards, blinds, windows, etc). My husband was so impressed he told me to give them a $100 tip, which I did. We multiplied 5.5 hrs times 3 for 3 hard workers and that would be like having 1 person work 16.5 hours! I can’t tell you the peace and satisfaction that settled in my heart when I walked into a VERY clean house - it was like new again! These are professionals all the way - having run a successful cleaning company in Boston with a large following! I highly recommend Flavia and her team without reservation! Book with her now so you can get in her lineup because when word gets out, she WILL BE booked up! We did the DEEP clean first and then once per week for maintenance and we could not be happier!
