paint all walls and trim for landlord
patched all holes in walls and provided all paint
misc services: changed all door locks, cleaned dryer vent, installed clothes washer and dryer, replaced dishwasher, replaced HVAC filter, carpet cleaning, fix toilet leak, replaced light bulbs where needed, and final house cleaning services
At the end of the project we listed the unit for rent and completed the landlord / tenant lease process (fee not included in project cost)
