I’ve been in business for 12 years and have hired and trained many teams to work in both commercial, residential, and vacation rental properties. I have extremely high standards and have made the decision to work solo so that I KNOW the work is done right. MY RATES ARE $35 an hour for standard cleaning, $40 an hour for deep cleans and $45 an hour for move out cleans. It can be in uncomfortable having new people in your home but with me you have the same person every time. I can spend longer on projects and tailor each and every clean to your needs.
