- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always price fairly for the quality work we provide. I truly believe you get what you pay for. So although I may not be the “least expensive” quote you receive, I can PROMISE you the cleanest, most reliable and quality cleaning you will receive. We will clean your home as if it was our own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important initial step in working with a new client is to walk every corner of your home with you. I carry a notebook and take notes on your requests and specific cleaning needs. Then, my staff and I can get to work efficiently and not have to interrupt your valuable time with questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m addition to a bachelor’s degree in communication (which has provided me the skill to fully understand my client’s preferences for their home), I have cleaned homes for over 20 years. I have adopted the best practices in the market for optimizing your clean and providing my clients with the best value.
