Hired on Thumbtack

Advertised that they could put up holiday lights. Spent two days arranging details and even sent pics of the house (just needed two rows of lights on the front exterior). Came out for estimate only to be told they’re not sure they can install lights on a two-story home. Guy was supposed to check insurance rules and get back to me that day. Never heard back.

If I had 0 stars I’ll give it to Christian Howard. He took $400 from me in two installments agreeing to uproot a small oak tree & set my sprinklers. Of both which he did NOTHING. All his reviews on thumbtack says he never shows up on time & he’s a fraud. I should have believed that. Totally Unreliable & unprofessional. DO NOT HIRE. DO. NOT.HIRE.
