Introduction: I am a music teacher with 15 years of experience teaching beginner to intermediate level violin, piano, and voice lessons to students of all ages. Lessons are once a week at my in-home music studio in Winter Garden. I have half hour and full hour lesson times available. I charge $25 per half-hour lesson. I enjoy teaching people of all musical backgrounds, whether it is the young grade school student just beginning their musical journey, middle and high school students who want to become stronger musicians for their own enjoyment or to audition for school musicals and other performances, or the adult who is learning for the first time or is picking it up again after many years away from it. I simply enjoy sharing the gift of music and helping others to discover it and express themselves through their music. As Hans Christian Andersen said, "Where words fail, music speaks."

Elizabeth has taught violin to two of our children and voice to three of them. I liked the way she consistently mentioned during lessons something which the student was doing right, (thus giving much nbeeded encouragement), and then gave very specific recommendations for a few areas which could be improved or strengthened. One of our children she worked with was preparing for an audition for her second year of college choir. The choir director was very impressed by her increase in volume and other areas, so much that she was asked if she would like to change her major to music. We are also very grateful to Elizabeth for allowing our children to select, with her guidance, such lovely classical music.

As a music major myself, looking for a teacher for my kids was difficult. Elizabeth was fantastic working with the kids. Her teaching style and background was a critical player in choosing her. She understood the students interests, drive and challenges and was able to work with them and encourage them. She is professional, polite and friendly. I would suggest her not only for kids, but for adults interested in learning as well.

Elizabeth is very talented, professional and my son enjoys learning from her. He is 14 and takes voice lessons. What he likes best is how encouraging she is and he saw improvement in a short period of time. We truly are grateful to have found her.
