Every session begins with breath work to start a unionizing effect with the body and mind. We bring movement through warm-up as needed for each body type. Asanas are chosen to accommodate the individual's needs. In a group setting, we use variations and modifications.
Every practice ends in final resting pose. This final pose gives the body and brain time for assimilation of the practice (meditation). You will decrease stress hormones and increase feel-good chemicals in the brain that will bring ease to the body.
It seems the benefits of a yoga practice are endless. We want to see everyone cultivate a practice that suits them. We are here to help.
