I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my water softener installation. Not only was I overcharged compared to the initial estimate, but the quality of work was subpar and far from professional. The technician seemed rushed, left a mess behind, and didn't take the time to explain how the system works or answer basic questions.
What’s worse, when I raised concerns about the inflated cost and incomplete service, the customer support team was dismissive and unhelpful. This kind of experience is frustrating, especially when dealing with something as essential as home water quality.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Transparency, professionalism, and basic customer respect were all seriously lacking. Look elsewhere if you want a fair price and reliable service
