A leaky pipe inside the drywall caused the carpet in one of the rooms being soaked with water. During the long wait for pipe repairs and wall reconstruction, the carpet started to emit a foul odor. AJ professionally advised me about the dangers of mold and recommended remove the moldy carpet as soon as possible. After all the leaks were fixed, he install new carpet and baseboards.Thank you so much for your professional help,highly recommend!
