Keith came out to look at the pc, quickly had an idea on what would fix it, sent me a link to order the part at the best price, and came out to change out the part when it arrived for less money than he could have charged. At the end he also replaced an iPad screen as well that was less than I had been quoted by others. We're very satisfied!
