Kim painted and fixed up a condo I had just bought for investment property. She chose a great neutral, warm color that will work well with any furniture and decor the tenant wants to use. And her painting is superb. Kim pays attention to detail and covers the entire space with perfection. She also did other projects that made that condo ready to rent...light fixtures, wall plates, stair rail...and pointed out issues I didn't notice that really did make the condo move-in ready. Kim also went above and beyond cleaning the area, I would never know she was in there. So, yes, I would recommend Kim for any of your needs. She has great ideas, knows the latest trends and has an eye for detail.

We were in need of an update in our kitchen and bathrooms but we had no idea of where to begin. After getting several bids and talking to several people, we decided to go with Bespoke Renovations. They were not the cheapest out of the bids we received but Ms. Henry had the experience and construction knowledge we needed. Kim Cherie is impressive for the breadth of knowledge about home construction and renovation - probably from her over 25 years’ experience. But we were favorably surprised and impressed by how standout she is: her quotes were accurate, she never missed a deadline, she handled subcontractors and designers tactfully while ensuring work got done correctly and for less than we expected, and that we got what we wanted.
