I hired Baumann to do pressure washing ,painting and caulking on my 4300 square foot home. Its difficult because it is two stories with a very steep pitch. Rich and Tim were amazing. They were very professional, thorough and exacting with reasonable pricing. I will definitely be using them in the future for other painting jobs. I highly recommend this company

Rich and his crew are amazing. Our house looks better than I could have ever imagined with absolutely no detail overlooked. Rich was personally at our house every day to check in while also touching base via text daily as well. There were many things that I did not even notice that Rich made sure were corrected. I could not recommend Rich more and we are looking forward to working with him again in the future.

Working with Rich and his team was absolutely the best experience Ive had with anyone providing repair or maintenance services to our home. Rich is a perfectionist. Every morning he would be at the house with his crew making sure that the days activities were organized, and at the end of each day Rich was there to make sure the punch list was completed. His teams attention to detail is exquisite. We own a historic home with original wood, and it is not an easy house to work on. Rich handled the house with the care that it deserves.
