Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile. I am glad you are here. My heart and soul belong to the guitar and I love sharing my passion with others. One of the most important factors in learning to play guitar is finding the right teacher that understands the music you really want to play. Taking guitar lessons with a well-versed guitarist who is comfortable with all genre’s and styles of music can help you bring the music you love to life. I have been teaching guitar professionally for 35 years. I am a graduate of the Berklee College of Music and I have played professionally as a solo artist and lead guitarist for local Central Florida bands through-out my career. I have enjoyed the opportunity to ignite the curiosity of my students and help them develop their chops. I am experienced with beginners interested in guitar as a hobby as well as professional performers looking to polish their talents. My specialties are Rock and Blues. I also enjoy teaching Jazz and finger picking styles of guitar. Classically trained myself, I am well prepared to teach in the formal classical guitar method if preferred. My goal is to help my students get where they want to go with their musical interest. It is my job to ensure my students feel relaxed and comfortable with the lesson and the audio-visual platform to optimize their learning experience. I can help you to improve your rhythm and lead guitar abilities or strengthen your flat picking, finger picking and slide guitar skills.
