At Pure Plus Cleaning LLC, our pricing is always upfront and transparent. We charge based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning (standard, deep, move-in/move-out, or short-term rental), and the level of detail required. There are no hidden fees, and you’ll always receive a clear estimate before we begin. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), since many of our Winter Park clients enjoy saving money while keeping their homes consistently fresh. If your home needs extra detail work (like inside appliances or heavy buildup), we’ll discuss it beforehand, so you’re never surprised by the cost. Our goal is to provide high-quality cleaning at a fair rate, giving you more time to enjoy your home and family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free. When a new customer reaches out, we start by learning about your home and cleaning needs. Next, we provide a clear, upfront quote and help you schedule a convenient time. On cleaning day, our professional team arrives fully equipped, reviews your priorities, and gets right to work. After the service, we check in to ensure everything meets your expectations — because your satisfaction is our top priority. Whether it’s your first clean or part of a recurring plan, we make the process seamless from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
