- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon the arrival of a new client it is important to get their metrics, such as their height, current weight, and measurements. It is also important to set goals and benchmarks to help the client get to their ultimate desired goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently certified as a Master Trainer under the International Sports Science Association. I also spent some time in the Marine Corps where I lead the Physical Fitness program for my section.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up a very skinny, I always found myself gravitating towards fitness. Starting off with calisthenics and graduating to the weights it’s a journey that I am thoroughly enjoying, and I want to help people reach the level of fitness and fulfillment.
