Wow! Richard really saved the day. I have a rental property in Florida and I needed a new water heater. Richard responded via the thumbtack app and I really got lucky. I was able to order the water heater at Home Depot and use my credit card. Richard picked it up and installed it the next day with out costing me a fortune. He was very responsive, kept me up to date with the install and made sure to send me photos of the finished work. I really appreciate his honesty and value of his service. Don’t hesitate to have him do all your plumbing work. He is my go to guy now!!

Old 17 year old water heater gave up on us on a Friday evening no longer heating water got on thumbtack and got a few expensive quotes plus no one could come quickly until we meet Richard…He was amazing,polite and accommodating. He quickly responded to our call and sprinted to action arrived as planned to remove and install the new heater that I picked up earlier prior to him being here…my wife and I are super happy that Richard help us out…Good Job Richard!!!
