Uriele did a great job setting up my balloon arch. She was professional, efficient, and the arch itself turned out really cute.
Some of the balloons came off because of the tape that was used, but Uriele was very responsive and and offered to come back the next morning to fix it, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To secure booking a deposit of 50% of your total amount must be made. The remaining balance will be due 10 days prior to your event.
Cancellation policy: cancelled events a month prior to event can receive 30% of paid deposit.
No refunds will be given if event is cancelled within 10 days leading to event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to help bring the customers vision to life. Whatever they want I will try my best to make it happen and look the very best. If a customer is not sure of what they want I will also help them make a decision by creating a mood board with them and providing them with display options.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As an educator you have summer time off which inspired me to begin decorating with Balloons. I love to decorate and this hobby turned into a passion.
