- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My usual hourly fee is $50 - $100, depending on the scope and depth of the project. This can usually be determined at the first meeting. However, I have also worked with some clients to determine a total project fee, so they know exactly what to expect, if they are more comfortable with that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet for a complimentary consultation, where we discuss of the scope of the project, the needs, budget, and desired schedule of the clients, and how these can best be achieved. Then I begin to formulate design plans, and meet with the clients again to share these ideas. After discussing these together, once these plans are finalized and approved, I begin to work to make the magic happen for my clients!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Interior Design at Seminole State College for 3 years, taking a wide range of courses that helped prepare me for this field. I have also learned much from experience, working in all kinds of settings, and with a variety of styles, budgets, personalities, and needs.
