FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m always upfront about my pricing and the reason why. For instance, the first time clean is going to be a little bit more because I am going to be there longer because I’m learning the Home or the business. I also do discounts when I am referred twice by the same person. That is where the proposal comes in about the pricing so we all are on the same page about the price of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a call, email, text, or lead I first go to where the job I’ll be working whether if it’s commercial, residential, or construction and I walk around with the owner or supervisor and I walk with them through every room or office suite and I take notes where they want things to be paid more attention to. Example: (my floors were just redone please pay attention to the hardwoods those are my biggest thing). I also take notes on how many bedrooms, bathrooms what type of flooring. Also, when we are done with the quote and walk-through I received to get their email address, address and of course name. The price and if it will be a bi- weekly, monthly or just a one time clean. Later I email everything we discussed and ask if there’s any thing that I/we missed or anything that needs to be added. I then email a copy of my insurance information. If everyone is in agreements then we proceed on with the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Basically, coming from a military family growing up everything was pretty much spotless. However, just learning at a young age how to clean efficiently and do it right the first time.
