We had a faulty Moen bath cartridge that was causing a constant drip (was getting worse right before we went on vacation). Farhad was able to have Ali to our home in about 2 hours, which was awesome. He actually had to go to Home Depot because even the replacement cartridge was defective. Once the third (!) cartridge had been installed everything was put back perfectly and works great. Thanks Farhad!

The work was at my rental property, and the feedback from my tenant was that she still observed a slight issue with the toilet. Pricings are based on the customers' descriptions of the projects and is subjected to change if the job description does not match the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process starts with customers' descriptions of their project. Then, I schedule the service. I will update the clients as soon as possible if arrival time changes. Finally, after I arrive at the job site, I provide a description of project procedure and execute the project. I keep the clients posted if any changes happens in the projects' procedure or description during the work. The initial estimated cost is based on the customers' descriptions and is subjected to change due to new discoveries during the projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After any installation, we provide verbal educations (printed manual if requested):
- How to prevent future similar incidents
- Proper ways of utilizing equipment's such as water heaters, Smart main water valves, and leak detector devices
- How to prevent further damage to your property due to water leaks
- Cleaning different types of flooring methods
- Preventing outdoor water line from winter freezing
