- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like my clients and new customers to understand my pricing. I charge 55.00 an hour if I am already on sight working and the client adds extras or I will rebid the addition work. If I come out to to do a small project that may take only a few hours my first hour is 125.00 and every hour after that is 55.00. The reason I charge a larger 1st hour is to cover my time and travel costs. Or you can ask me for a over all price to do the same project. Either way it’s your choice.

Meet them in person and review what there needs are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 4year Journeyman apprentice program for Carpentry. Been doing remodeling and construction for over 30 years. I am from a legacy of trades man, with my father being a HVAC contractor and Uncle being a Carpentry Contractor. I have experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, tile, all aspects of flooring, ,millwork, cabinetry building,etc...
