I still had the builder grade cabinets and had only replaced the backsplash and counter tops with granite, a few years after buying the home. But I did not like it very much and wanted to change the whole kitchen layout. I had a lot of ideas about the look and feel I wanted in my kitchen. I had talked to a couple of contractors about it, but I needed see my ideas in a floor plan before I felt comfortable with starting the project. I looked at software and AI but decided that I needed professional assistance. I talked to Ryan twice before deciding that he felt right. He was very passionate about the work he does and was excited about my ideas for the kitchen. He was confident that he could bring my ideas to life. I so happy that chose to work with Ryan. He was very detailed oriented and attentive through out the project. He provided three layouts of the kitchen and after I chose my favorite, he presented mood boards, this included color schemes with paint color, cabinet color, lighting etc. Ryan also assisted with hiring a contractor, he received bids and made his recommendations. He checked on the progress of the project and made visits to ensure that progress was going as planned . And when issues arise, we worked together to find a workable solution. In the end, It turned out beautiful, it is everything I wanted and more. Although the room was open to the family room before, now if fells so much bigger. I absolutely love it! Manuel and team are superb! They were punctual, kind, and respectful in our home. They removed posters in our downstairs basement area that had been wallpapered and stuck for years by the previous owner. Then they spackled and painted the area all within a day and even cleaned and vacuumed the carpet prior to leaving. We were beyond impressed. Do not hesitate to hire Manuel. We chose 360 out of 4 contractors we interviewed to do our home remodeling project. We had bought a new house but it needed some love; we gutted and remodeled the master bath, turned a guest room into the new master walk in closet, moved the laundry room upstairs, added a bathroom in the basement. The master bath was a major project by itself, we went with lots of travertine, a 13' walk-in, doorless, shower, with multiple shower heads and body jets. Custom cabinets and exotic granite. We made lots a changes and was somewhat indecisive and although we didn't always see eye-to-eye Dwayn always had a positive attitude. The work was great and when there was an oversight or mistake (and there are ALWAYS mistakes on a project this size) he fixed them immediately. His guys were timely, and they always went to great lengths to lay down walking paper or hang plastic to help keep the dust and dirt down. I have referred 360 to 2 of our neighbors and recommend them without reservation. Ray- Milton, GA
