- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are based on group size. And, guests can have unlimited drinks! Rates are for two hours of serving time. We provide everything: linen, cups, napkins, professional barista and all the goodies you find at a regular coffeehouse.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can email marketing materials as a starting point, however, we love to talk directly with the client to find out how we can best meet their individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a local coffee roaster, owned a coffee house at Georgia Tech, and am a certified barista. I attend conferences and classes to keep up with current trends.
