We also are a company that does NOT allow techs to sell you anything that you don’t need. Every call is explained to the office by technicians so the repair is approved by the office as well as the customer. Sincerity pricing is also a program that we offer to our customers. When we contacted several Companies to schedule an appointment for repairs, Doug Tooley and his company were the only ones to respond and wit oh good minutes of my message. He showed empathy towards our situation and made every effort to arrive at his earliest convenience which happened to be the next day as promised. He was punctual and very professional. He explained with detail the repairs that were needed, offered a service warranty, and before he even left the driveway.. had provided a detailed description on the receipt that was emailed immediately along with the service contract. I would highly recommend him and Braves Heating and Air to all my colleagues, friends and family. Greatly appreciate working with a company that holds these standards.

My house was hot for a few weeks, so I am grateful that Braves Heating and Cooling could quickly repair my A/C. Doug is very professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and efficient. It’s refreshing to find a company that cares and practices exceptional customer service. Also, their prices are competitive. I initially used a home warranty company’s contractor, and it was a bad experience, so I can't recommend that route. I will contact Braves Heating & Air again. They are the best!
