First off, when you need to clean your ducts talk to the right guys - I mean the ones that have heavy-duty equipment. The vacuum cleaners that try to suck it up for $99 is a joke and a total waste of money. Secondly, I judge how a contractor pays attention to details and educating the client. Mike with his team went beyond and above my expectations. I felt almost overeducated with the amount of details that he provided on what exactly and how he'd address the project.
As expected he cleaned all the ducts and I mean cleaned them! They look virgin brand new inside. He also cleaned all the fans, the grids, and everything remotely related to ducts. He cleaned both furnace systems, everything around and the path to them at the attic. I didn't imagine it could be so clean.
They worked 6 hours very hard without breaks and his meticulous attention to details made me a very happy client highly recommending his team to anybody.

AD’s Home Performance was hired to clean our 30+ foot dryer vent. Following inspection of the vent piping, they recommended rerouting the piping to reduce the vent length. They completed the work in less than 2 hrs and did an excellent job.

They were slightly delayed on their appointment but kept me informed about the delay. It is appreciated since time and punctuality is very important. They did a good job in cleaning. I initially chose Elite air duct and vent cleaning company because they demonstrated a strong interest in my business through follow-up calls to schedule an appointment which gave the impression that they valued my business and was optimistic about working with them. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to warn others who may be considering their services.
The technician who arrived at my home exhibited an unprofessional attitude from the start. He walked through my house with earbuds in and engaged in loud personal conversations throughout the entire service making it difficult to communicate with him.
I had scheduled the service because my home was nearing the completion of a significant home renovation, knowing that drywall dust, sawdust, and other elements had likely accumulated in the ventilation system and I wanted to clear the systems before putting everything back in its place. Due to painting all of the walls and ceilings and flooring work, all vents had been removed, and I had deliberately left them off to make the technician’s job easier by saving them the effort of taking them off. However, instead of appreciating the convenience, the technician outright refused to reinstall the vents. His initial excuse was that he didn’t know where the screws were, despite the fact that the screws were there with the vents and about half of the vents were still in their new original packaging, complete with screws. He then claimed it was a liability issue, stating he couldn’t reinstall vents he hadn’t removed, he then claimed he needed to charge extra to do the “vent” part of the “air duct and vent” service.
Despite my frustration, I simply wanted to end the conversation and paid the full price, even though the job was poorly done. I cannot recommend this company to others with good conscience.
UPDATE: After my bad experience, Elite reached out in an attempt to enhance my customer experience. They offered an additional service and that service was completed in an exceptional manner. I appreciate their efforts to make this right.
