Carnot installed my previously purchased Nest thermostat. He was responsive to thumbtack messages replying with in a few minutes most of the time and a hours on some occasions. Making an appointment with him was easy and he provided service the next day upon initial contact. After Talking to him in person you come to find out he is a gentle, hardworking family man. Upon arrival he put covers on his shoes to keep the floor clean. After installation of the thermostat He stayed to checked the system operations before leaving and receiving payment. At the time of this review it has been 18 hours since the thermostat installation and it seems to be in working order. If I ever need a/c service again I will consider him again.
