Reggie is a superb electrician and knows his art. He helped me install 20 LED recessed lights including old and new. He had to pull wires to do so. Additionally, he installed smart switches and a whole-house surge protector. Very calm friendly licensed and insured electrician. May need a bit of support on smart switch installation instructions which are easily available on the manufacturers' websites and YouTube videos. Price: Reasonable
