Introduction: Michelle teaches private and group hatha yoga classes from beginner through intermediate levels. Her gentle and compassionate style allows students to feel safe and comfortable exploring this healing practice.
Classes are designed to relieve stress, find inner peace and strength, and be open to flexibility and physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Additionally, Michelle offers restorative and yin yoga classes along with meditation and breath work. She holds a 200-hour RYT certification with Yoga Alliance.
