- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we may sometimes be more expensive than individuals offering their services, we are bonded and insured to protect you from any unexpected damage, injury, theft, etc. We also put every cleaner through a strict background check before letting them join the team and enter client properties. We always try to be fair and make our pricing a win-win for us and our customers. Asking the right questions ahead of time helps us prevent situations where the job requested is not as described, so we aim to stick to our quoted price as often as we can. We also frequently offer new customer discounts as well as tiered discounts for recurring cleans (more frequent = bigger discount).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While we offer a simple online booking experience for customers who know exactly what they need, we're also more than happy to assess your unique needs over the phone or email to create a cleaning plan that makes sense for you. We typically do not perform in-home quotes, but find it much more efficient for us and the customer to gather the right information upfront to understand the condition of areas to be cleaned and the focus areas that are important to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have years of experience in residential cleaning. We only hire experienced cleaners with a proven track record.
