We hired TidyOps for a move‑out cleaning, and the quality of the work was truly top‑notch. Our cleaner did an amazing job. Every corner of the house was spotless, and her attention to detail was outstanding. She was also very punctual, arriving right at 9 AM and working tirelessly until 8 PM. I would absolutely give her 5 stars for the cleaning itself. The only areas where we felt things could have been better were the communication and staffing. The coordinator initially told us the job would take about 5–6 hours, but it ended up taking 11 hours. For a full move‑out clean of this size (3bed 2bath), it really felt like there should have been at least two cleaners assigned. While we appreciate how thorough she was, having more accurate expectations and adequate staffing would have helped us plan our day much better. Overall, the cleaning itself was excellent, and we’re grateful for the hard work put in.
