- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base all of our pricing on the size of your property. You can confirm your pricing on our website before scheduling service just by entering your address. If you’d like additional services beyond mowing, we’re happy to provide quotes for those after we’ve seen the property during the first mowing which is heavily discounted despite no contracts or minimum visit requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Signing up for services with Robin is as easy as it gets. You can choose to sign up instantly online or over the phone. If you choose online, you’ll see your quote instantly upon entering your address and can customize your schedule right from your laptop or phone. With Robin there are no contracts, or obligations to pay large monthly bills during the off-season.
