- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends on many factors. Will it be a house, apartment, and/or storage unit? Will it be on the ground level, and if not how many stairs will there be? Gathering this information will help us build a more accurate quote. Our prices start at $75/hr with a 2 hour minimum and a 50$ service fee for truck, equipment and gas. That includes 2 professional men & a truck! You also get packing pads, wrap, dollies!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically speak over the phone to gather all the details about the job. After we've gathered all the information and agreed upon a price, we schedule the move. We charge a $50 deposit which will be deducted from your bill upon completion of the move. This protects us from a last minute cancelation !
