Chef Sean and Chef Jay were fantastic. Very professional and accommodating to requests we had. They even bring their own plateware. The food was so delicious and the experience of doing this at home was just so special and memorable. My mother-in-law was so happy (it was her retirement party) and she was talking about it for days with her friends. Thank you!

We hired Chef Sean to provide an in home sushi extravaganza experience for three couples...and boy he did not disappoint! It was so magical watching Chef Sean and his Sous Chef create a visual feast right before our eyes! We had one person in our group that had very narrow “likes” with regard to sushi and sashimi, and Chef Sean made the appropriate accommodations without hesitation. We are already talking about hiring him again, the experience was that amazing. All of the sushi was high quality and his sauces were delicious. We loved having an appetizer course as well as a dessert course on either side of the sushi dinner. Personalized chopsticks were a nice touch! Do not hesitate to hire Chef Sean to create a magical dinner party in your home...just plan ahead as he books up fast!

WOW, WOW and again BIG WOW!!! We were a party of 8, and chef Sean made the best sushi I have ever had!!! I explained him exactly what I want for the party and he contacted me 2 days before the event to make sure that he understands it all by details. He was so nice and patient. Each one of us in the party wanted different things due to allergies/taste and more, and chef Sean did exactly what we asked. The sushi was sooo good!!!!! Everyone in my party loved it!! I already gave his information to 5 of my friends and I'm sure that I'll see him soon!! He is highly recommended!!!! Don't waste your time to look for someone else, he is one level above everyone!
