Rob is an excellent trainer and coach. His training is fun, it works and is safe. Rob aims to help you accomplish not only your goals, but also to improve areas you may not realize you need improvement in.
I initially started with Rob, and then after working with him for a few weeks, I invited my Mother to join us after her hip replacement. We now both go twice a week and could not be happier.

Rob's gym is great for anyone looking for a motivating way to work out outside of the traditional "big gym" environment. He's also extremely flexible to work with and can accommodate almost any time.

I have back and neck issues from a injury and over the last year I have gained 30 pounds. I needed a trainer that had a lot of experience in training with my problems. After my consultation I am excited to start tomorrow. His gym is fantastic and he's very knowledgable. I trust he can safely get me where I want to be without making my injury worse. It will be worth the drive for me big time.
