I have been working out 3x a week for the past month and have been very pleased. Ricardo is very respectful, professional, and credentialed - a real pro! Because the training is virtual the first session was a scheduled visit to see my space, equipment and to determine how fit and prepared I was. Thus far, I have lost a couple of lbs, have better balance and feel stronger than before. I have a long way to achieve my goals and I feel that he can get me there with his targeted workouts. His sessions are truly 1v1. I highly recommend this very affordable gym and the trainer.

I approached Ricardo at a difficult time in my life. I was out of shape, dealing with chronic lower back pain, and had been told by my doctor that if I didn’t take my health seriously, I might eventually need surgery. As a dad, my biggest motivation was to be active, play with my kids, and be the parent they need me to be—not someone who can’t keep up with them.
Ricardo’s approach has been nothing short of transformative. From day one, he tailored his guidance to my specific needs and limitations. He adjusted my nutrition to help me cut belly fat, teaching me how to track my daily calories and macros. He encouraged me to focus on quality food and staying hydrated, which has already started yielding results. Importantly, he helped me set realistic goals, which have made my journey sustainable and motivating.
What truly stands out about Ricardo is his attention to detail when it comes to my lower back issues. He understands my limitations and has carefully selected exercises that not only avoid putting stress on my back but also build the necessary muscles to support my overall fitness. Every workout feels purposeful, safe, and effective. Thanks to his guidance and the yoga I’ve been doing at home, I’ve noticed improvements—not just physically, but in how I feel throughout the day. Even sitting for long periods, which used to cause discomfort, feels much better now.
Ricardo’s expertise, patience, and tailored workouts have been a godsend. He has given me the tools and confidence to reclaim my health and become the active, present dad I want to be. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly listens, understands your needs, and helps you achieve results, I can’t recommend Ricardo enough!

My goal for myself was to be more consistent in the gym. Ricardo keeps me accountable and pushes me to do more than I think I can every session. I’ve only been with him a few weeks but I’m already starting to enjoy the gym more. I’ve also lost some weight and have more energy throughout the day. I would recommend this man to the pope himself haha.

Ricardo and I have been working together just under two months… and I have seen tremendous progress in my transition. Not only has he made a plan for my fitness goals and diet, but he has also helped me with finding a posing coach. When I started on the endeavor of wanting to enter competitions I was lost and unsure of where to start. Ricardo has been there every single step of the way and his positivity and professionalism keeps me strong every day. My progress in this small amount of time is more than I ever could have thought. If you have any fitness goals you want to reach… THIS IS YOUR GUY! Cannot say enough amazing things about working with him, I’m proud and honored to be one of his clients!
