- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several packages. After learning about your situation, we will recommend the package that best suites your needs. Our clients tell us they willingly pay for our broad knowledge and extensive expertise. They also appreciate our transparency (our prices are posted on our website).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief introductory phone call, we usually meet in person at the property to review a market analysis (what others are charging for rent in the area), set a recommended rental price, answer all questions, and review our management agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, and over 30 years of P&L experience in Corporate America. I am a licensed real estate agent, a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and serve on NARPM's Professional Development Committee.
