I would totally call these guys again and again! My shingles started to come down 4 days before our snowstorm….these guys are awesome! Stress Free Roofing responded quickly, showed up in some serious cold & windy weather and fixed my roof! The shingles they brought didn’t match, the guys noted that and brought the correct ones in to install. It took maybe 2 hours tops! Super professional and just on point!! Don’t hesitate to use their services!

Good experience! Our roof was leaking and due to the structure of the house, it was difficult to figure out the leaking point. the team had to came several times for re-check and clarification, but all the professionals were responsive and patient. Our roof did not leak since the repair, which helps a lot!

It's all in the name! We not only got our roof replaced, this company did it all....we painted our brick, soffit facia, and had gutters replaced!!!! Complete transformation and we loved it. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers once we have a sign agreement, you will receive a series of emails from Stress Free Roofing on the next steps. For example, a thank you email, thank you card in mail, project confirmation email, next steps, tentative start date, materials ordered, installation date sate, a call from your project manager day before, begin project.
